Well it has been awhile since I have wrote anything. Actually its been a long time!!! I am sorry about that.
Anyways let's recap what has been happening in the life of a realtor shall we??
First off I left ERA The Conderman Group around the middle of September. I then hung my license at Hallmark Homes. So far this has been a great change. At ERA I was not allowed to work a full time job and with the way the market is, we really needed some income. Also, I don't have as much over head as I did at ERA so it is saving us some money. Now I am looking for a full time job and working part time at Community First National Bank as a document scanner.
Second big thing that has changed. 1726 PLYMOUTH WENT UNDER CONTRACT!!!!!
Pending the appraisal it should close on October 24. I am so happy for the Hosking family. I felt like this house was never going to sell and that people were missing out on a great home. Little did I know the darn thing just needed to expire off the market for someone to notice it! It had been expired for about a week when I got the call from another realtor with people interested in it. So the Hosking's being the nice people that they are were willing to let people to see the hosue even though it wasn't listed. I wasn't holding my breath as I had seen this happen time and time before. So it was shown, didn't hear anything and then about 4 days after it was shown the same realtor called again and they wanted to see the house again. And from there we got a contract, went into negotiations and settled on a price!! YAH!!!!!!!
I will try my best to keep you further posted on what else is going on in the real estate world. I should hopefully be getting 2 new listings soon and like I said closing on Plymouth...

Changes Happening In The Neighborhood!!!
It has been awhile since I have posted anything about my 2 listings or anything that is going on in the real estate world. As far as buyers go I'm currently searching for a home for a young gentleman near campus/aggieville, we found the perfect home but I'm afraid it is being snatched away from us.... so the search continues!!!!
As far as 1726 Plymouth goes there have been some changes. NEW PRICE!!! Now $196,500 and also offering $1,000 towards closing cost if SOLD by August 1st... So tell your friends and family and purchase this adorable home!
2405 Charolais is also offering $500 paint allowance!
Lots of great houses to choose from and also recently heard that KSU overbooked the dorms by about 1,000 students so now would be a great time to buy investment property!!!!

Life Recently
I just realized I hadn't posted anything for 20 days! I will admit that I am not a very good blogger so with this being my 3rd post I say I'm doing pretty good, now if I can keep it going!
Not a lot has been going on in the world of real estate, except I am happy to say I have 2 official buyers and 2 unofficial buyers. Meaning I have 2 people under an exclusive buyers contract with me and 2 that haven't signed up yet but have given me their word that they are staying with me! Everyone said once the weather gets nicer things will pick up, and they were true but as I sit here and write this it's snowing!!!!!!
I am still looking for someone to be a "referral agent" if you or know anyone who is interested just shoot me a message and I'll let you know what all goes with that etc.
Well this will be a short blog as I'm going to continue watching NCAA Tournament!!! Go VCU!!! :)

SUCCESSFUL OPEN HOUSE!!!!
Yesterday I held my 3rd or 4th (I can't rememeber how many) open house since I got my realtor license in Novemeber. I was starting to get rather frustrated because no one had shown up besides my friend Nancy. I heard from one of the realtors in our office that she had 18 people show up in this neighborhood last weekend, so I was thinking I should at least have SOMEONE stop by if I do one this week. So at the beginning of the week I decided I was going to make cookies and tell myself I WILL have visitors. Now we won't talk about those cookies, but I did stop by the quickshop on my way and get some that were edible ;)! My open house was at 4305 Lakonia Circle up in Miller Ranch from 2-4 and the first 30 minutes was looking like another boring Sunday sitting in a huge empty house by myself with no cable or internet (thank god for scrabble on my phone and a husband who likes to kick my butt). But things turned around my first family showed up and the cookies were at least a hit, and after that they kept things rolling. I had a total of 9 families/singles come through the house. It made the 2 hours fly by!!!!
Now out of that open house I'm keeping my fingers crossed but may have potentially got listing clients as well as helping them buy another home. Keep your fingers crossed for me!!!!!!
Also I have been meaning to post a short little clip to my friends looking for referral agents. This doesn't mean you need to have your real estate license, all it simply means is I will give you a chunk of my business cards and you send your friends, family, dogs, cats whoever my way to list or sell a house! I promise it will be worth it. I'm going to treat whoever sends me referrals and helps me out to something very nice. I haven't decided what yet but it will be worth it!!! THANK YOU :)

Trying Something New!
I have been working as a realtor since Novemeber and I keep looking for new things to try.
